Then, under the action of the piston thrust of the injection cylinder, the melt in the storage chamber is injected into the mold cavity through the nozzle at high speed and high pressure. After the melt in the cavity is pressed, cooled and solidified, the mold opens the mold under the action of the mold closing mechanism, and the shaped product is ejected and dropped from the mold through the ejection device.

Horizontal injection molding machine is the most commonly used type. The utility model is characterized in that the center line of the injection assembly is concentric or consistent with that of the mold closing assembly and is parallel to the installation ground. The utility model has the advantages of low center of gravity, stable work and small space occupation, but occupies a large area.
Due to the low fuselage, there is no height restriction for the installed factory building. The product can be dropped automatically and can be formed automatically without the use of a manipulator. Because the fuselage is low, the supply is convenient, and the maintenance is easy.

Vertical injection molding machine

The utility model is characterized in that the mold closing device is arranged in line with the axis of the injection device and is perpendicular to the ground. The utility model has the advantages of small area, convenient mold assembly and disassembly, easy installation of inserts, relatively uniform plasticizing of materials falling into the hopper, easy to realize automation and automatic line management of multiple machines, etc. The disadvantage is that the ejected products are not easy to fall off automatically, and often need to be taken out manually or by other methods, and it is not easy to realize fully automatic operation and large-scale product injection; the fuselage is high, and it is inconvenient for feeding and maintenance.

Angle injection molding machine

The axes of the injection device and the mold closing device are arranged vertically with each other. According to the relative position of the injection assembly centerline and the installation base surface, there are horizontal vertical type, vertical horizontal type and horizontal type.
In the horizontal vertical type, the injection assembly line is parallel to the base surface, while the center line of the mold closing assembly is perpendicular to the base surface; in the vertical horizontal type, the center line of the injection assembly is perpendicular to the base surface, and the center line of the mold closing assembly is parallel to the base surface. The advantage of angle injection machine is that it has the advantages of both horizontal and vertical injection machines. it is especially suitable for moulds with asymmetrical geometric shapes with side gates.

 

Multi-mold turntable injection molding machine

It is a special injection molding machine with multi-station operation, which is characterized by the turntable structure of the mold closing device and the rotation of the mold around the rotating shaft. This type of injection molding machine gives full play to the plasticizing ability of the injection device, which can shorten the production cycle and improve the production capacity of the machine. therefore, it is especially suitable for the production of large quantities of plastic products with long cooling setting time or more auxiliary time due to the placement of inserts. However, because the mold closing system is huge and complex, and the mold closing force of the mold closing device is often small, this kind of injection molding machine is widely used in the production of plastic soles and other products.
